Ms. Yasillis is a phenomenal, responsive caregiver who ensures learning through the “Let’s Play” curriculum and “Values Activity” guide. Ms. Yasillis services families in the Bronx. This FCC provider has worked hard to implement the “Let’s Play” curriculum and “Values Activities” this year.  She has created an enriching environment with readily available toys and prepared activities.

Ms. Yasillis provided an opportunity for  the children in her care to do an activity on this month’s value which is “Bucket-filling.” This theme encourages children to find ways to help others and fill their emotional bucket. Ms. Yasillis gave the children stones and paint and they worked hard at creating “friendship stones” for their friends and loved ones. What a fantastic way to make someone’s day! Thank you Ms. Yasillis!
