Spring Flowers at Sutphin – Math & Writing Skills

Check out this Spring themed activity at All My Children on Sutphin Boulevard!

The children set up a pretend flower shop and “sold” the flower creations to “customers.” They used their math skills to make a transaction with pretend money and a cash register, and worked on their writing skills while taking notes of the customer’s needs on a clipboard. What a fabulous way to teach learning skills and tie in the seasonal theme!
