Savory Chicken and Spinach Patties (Dairy-Free & Kosher)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3–4 tablespoons nutritional yeast (this adds a cheesy, savory flavor without dairy)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat for a healthier option)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach (optional, for added greens)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Directions:

Mix chicken, nutritional yeast, breadcrumbs, egg, spinach, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Form into golf-ball-size patties and flatten slightly.

Fry in a little olive oil over medium heat, 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and 165°F inside.
