You will need:
5 lemons
2 cups of water
2 tbsps honey (you can use agave syrup instead)
Directions: Cut and squeeze five lemons, mix the lemon juice into 2 cups of water, and add honey to taste. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Here are some of the perks of drinking lemonade in the summer:

  • Hydration: Lemonade is a great way to stay hydrated on hot days. It is made up of mostly water, which is essential for keeping the body cool and functioning properly.
  • Immune boost: Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for the immune system. Lemonade is a good source of vitamin C, which can help to protect the body from getting sick.
  • Digestion: Lemonade can help to improve digestion. The citric acid in lemons can help to break down food and promote the production of bile, which is a digestive fluid.
  • Taste: Lemonade is a delicious and refreshing drink. It is a great way to cool down on a hot day and enjoy a sweet treat.
