Instructional Coordinator Department

Our Instructional Coordinator, Lisa Grundborg, held a training session at Rogers Avenue. The session was for teachers and staff from Rogers Avenue and Utica Avenue. Grundborg’s goal was to help create positive and caring classrooms.

During the Instructional Coordinator training, teachers learned through interactive activities. They watched videos on using effective social-emotional strategies. All the teachers who attended were actively involved and enjoyed the training session.

Dear Site Directors,

I am thrilled to join AMC as your Instructional Coordinator.

For those directors I have already had the pleasure of meeting, your unwavering dedication, professionalism, and genuine love for your students have left a lasting impression on me, and I am eagerly looking forward to collaborating with each and every one of you.

As the Instructional Coordinator, my role is to support and empower our team by fostering a positive work culture and enhancing classroom efficiency. With extensive teaching, coaching, and leadership experience, I will create inviting spaces and emphasize team building for a strong, familial atmosphere.

Aligned with AMC’s values of self-reflection, mindfulness, charity, and empowerment, my hope is to help our staff create a better world for our students. As your point of contact, I am readily available for curriculum and compliance needs.

I am eager to engage in regular team meetings, where I can gain a deeper understanding of your needs and offer personalized support. Additionally, our weekly directors’ meetings will serve as valuable platforms for collaboration and meaningful discussions on crucial topics.

Together, we will create an environment where our students thrive and our staff excel.
