Betta Fish at AMC Utica Avenue!

The AMC Utica Ave. Students have a class pet!

One of our classes at our Utica Avenue location welcomed a new friend, a Betta Fish!

The children are still in the process of voting on a name for their fish. Some of the suggestions were: Bubbles, Indiana Jones, and Gilbert!

Leave a comment in the blogs or on social media if you have a name suggestion. Maybe you like one of the ones the kids are choosing from.

We know how much this class pet will help with developing the children’s social-emotional skills as they care for the fish and take on responsibilities of feeding him daily and marking it on the helper chart.
