CLASS Reliability Training at AMC

At All My Children, we are always a work in progress!

We seek to align with the highest quality standards.

Our team of education coordinators completed a CLASS reliability training- and they are CLASSy indeed!

The Instructional Coordinators (ICs) completed a 2-day training program. They learned about each of the ten dimensions identified in the CLASS evaluation tool (i.e. Classroom Assessment Scoring System). This serves to guide the individualized coaching and support for each teacher. It helps improvements in the Emotional Support, Classroom Organization, and Instructional Support domains.
